Uncle Sam is the owner of "House of Love" where is abandoned animal shelters. Recently, he find that there is too many pet here and there is not enough space to accept new pets. He is in trouble of how to solve this problem.

So, Sofia suggest to help the little pet to dress up and make up. After they dress up the pets, they will take photos for them and keep the photos in their catalogs.
